increase cancer risk. Two studies of large numbers of people in
Norway and Hawaii and a review of 13 studies involving more
than 20,000 subjects found no relationship between regular
coffee or tea consumption and cancer risk.
Myth
Acidic foods increase cancer cell growth.
Fact
Eating acidic or alkaline foods will not alter the PH of your
blood or body. The body tightly controls its own PH regardless

to the way glucose is broken down. This is not affected by
foods that we eat.
