With Masters in Business and Advertising, Journalism and Marketing and with more than 25 years experience in Multi industry corporate experience that includes Real Estate, Telecom, CSR & Hospitality. After 21 years in the corporate sector, heading communications & PR for companies like DLF, MTS, Paharpur, Radisson etc, Shalini launched “100 degrees Events & Entertainment” in 2010. The company focuses on conceptualizing events to build awareness for various social causes like Cancer, Autism and Child & Women welfare. It also promotes the real estate luxury segment.
- • Festival of Hope – A Cancer awareness Fundraiser that celebrates the courage and spirit of Cancer Survivors. More than 65000 people have been associated with this event in the last Four years. These include bollywood stars, designers, models, cricketers, doctors and many other professionals. Funds are raised to support the awareness programs across different segments of the society and also offer financial aid to the needy via hospitals and NGO’s.
- • Festival of Art – A platform for the Emerging artist, to promote their work via the right venue/audiences. The Art Walk concept was inaugurated by the Chairman of the DLF Group, at the DLF Golf & Country Club. More than 600 Artist from all over India & Abroad participated.

A passionate 19 year old, Naintara Singh has been both, a social contributor and a participant for the Festival of Hope. Involved with the organisation since its inception, Naintara has lent her hand in all seven seasons both onstage and backstage. She has also helped create content for the social media platforms and official website, in order to spread the organisation’s message to all corners. She is currently pursuing English at Jesus and Mary College, and has been involved as Editor in Chief in the field of editing for the past 8 years, amongst other things. She is passionate about social work and besides cancer awareness, she has worked to educate underprivileged children, autistic children and also for the well being of stray animals.
